Can you manage the project while I am still living abroad? +
Yes. In fact, 60% of our clients are not physically present in the Netherlands during the construction phase. We provide detailed weekly progress reports, including video walkthroughs and updated schedules via a secure client portal.
Do you assist with translating Dutch VvE (HOA) documents? +
Absolutely. Dutch Homeowners Associations (Vereniging van Eigenaren) have strict rules regarding noise, floor insulation (usually a 10dB requirement), and structural changes. We translate the technical requirements and submit the necessary approval requests on your behalf.
Are your quotes fixed or estimates? +
We operate on a strict Fixed Price model. After our initial technical survey, you receive a binding quote. There are zero hidden fees or unexpected "meerwerk" (additional work) invoices unless you explicitly request a change in scope.
Do you provide warranties on your work? +
Yes. We provide a comprehensive 5-year warranty on all superficial finishes (plaster, paint) and a 10-year warranty on all structural, plumbing, and electrical installations. All warranties are legally documented in English.
