Our Heavy Duty RezistBand Pull-up resistance bands are made of 100% natural latex, which is very elastic and odorless.  Economical, lightweight and portable, RezistBand are effective when used at home, in the gym or on the go. The RezistBand set includes four workout bands. We include a set of four RezistBand pull-up assistance bands because as you get stronger, you’ll need to lower the assistance to account for your new strength. The amount of resistance of the workout bands can be adjusted by giving more or less slack on the band, as well as by combining multiple workout band to increase the challenge

RezistBand come in 4 different resistance levels:
* Red (15-35lbs / 41” long x 0.5” wide): Low resistance for warm-up, stretching and light strength training. Perfect for shoulder training and other high-performance speed training.
* Black (25-65lbs / 41” long x 0.88” wide): Light to medium resistance to mobility exercises and stretching. Well suited for high stretch training / stretching.
* Purple (35-85lbs / 41” long x 1.25” wide): Moderate to severe resistance for moderate fitness exercises and strength training. Also suitable as medium support for pull-ups.
* Green (50-125lbs / 41” long x 1.75” wide): Heavy resistance for heavy weight training, strong support in pull-ups. Perfect for speed and agility training such as push-ups, squats, bench presses and other exercises.
